First of all we were warmly welcomed by the staff in the check in counter. Plus everyone else we met thst were working around the hotel greeted us. They all seemed happy working there. The rooms were spacious comfortable beds…perfect for families of 3-4. Adequately supplied kitchen…we especially appreciated the large refrigerator. Just 2 suggestions…we reserved 2 rooms one king and one with the 2 queen beds. We asked that they be close together. The best they gave us was same floor but located at the opposite ends of the building. Why was that? I believe that requests can be granted especially if one gives 2 weeks time ahead of arrival to arrange. Second suggestion please provide the egg scramble bowl..I am gluten intolerant and could not eat a hot breakfast except for the boiled egg and oatmeal. Thank you

I liked the breakfast in the morning and the kitchen area. I also liked all the lightning in the room. The stand up shower was also great. Plus our room kitchen was a big plus. The parkinglot patrol really helped our comfort.

Staff was very accommodating and responsive. It was a comfortable place esp for long term stay. Breakfast is always wonderful and fresh. It could get tiring eating most the same thing but the convenient of just grabbing something to eat is great! Parking lot security is 24 hr and that made us safe parking in the lot.

The clerk was so helpful and thorough. He explained breakfast time, checkout time, amenities like the fitness room and laundry facility. Also they let me check in a little earlier as I did arrive earlier than expected. Safe and clean. I will be using this hotel again!

The suites are nice, well stocked and the rooms are clean and in good order. I like having the couch to wind down on.
